Lecture Arzu Akkaya
After graduating from Faculty of Education, METU in 2016, Arzu Akkaya received her master's degree from Istanbul University Educational Administration program. She continues her doctoral studies at Yıldız Technical University, Educational Administration program. Her areas of interest and research include educational policies and sociology of education. Some of her studies and articles are “The Relationship Between School Principals' Perceived Transformational Leadership Behavior and Teachers' Motivation” (2020), “The Investigation of the Relationship Between Academics' Person-Organization Fit and Burnout Levels” (2020), “The Out of Border Education: Inclusion of Syrian Refugees into Higher Education” (2021), “Meritocracy at Higher Education Management: Academics' Perceptions” (2021). The Value of Human Resources (2020), Education Policy and Demographic Change (2021), and Foreign Expert Reports in the Turkish Educational Policy in the Republican Era (2021) are among the book chapters of which she is one of the authors.
