Research Areas: Complications of respiratory diseases. Establishment of methods to improve and develop the practical skills of medical students during the training phase. Investigating the levels of various new biochemical parameters in acute emergency disease states. Determination of various diseases and conditions that may be associated with disease by creating experimental animal models. Examination of periodic changes in emergency department patient admissions. Trauma in emergency medicine. Use of ultrasonography in the emergency department. Development of imaging methods in the emergency department. Principles of emergency department management.

Selected Studies: He has published 7 articles and 1 case report in international journals within the scope of the index, H index is 2 and the number of citations is 28. He has 7 oral presentations presented at international scientific meetings and published in the proceedings book; 41 poster presentations presented at international scientific meetings and published in the proceedings book; 7 poster presentations presented at national scientific meetings and published in the proceedings book; 5 chapter authorship in 3 separate books published by well-known international publishing houses. In addition, he received the second best assistant presentation award with his "Delibal" presentation in an international congress and the third best poster award with his "Acute Appendicitis and Amyand Hernia" poster in a national symposium. Between 2016-2018, he served as the assistant representative at Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine and as a representative of Higher Education Council representing the faculty.
