Assoc. Prof. Fatma Yüce

He was born in 1984 in Trabzon/Çaykara. He completed his primary and secondary education in Samsun. He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Theology in 2006. In 2009, he completed his master's degree at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences with a thesis titled “Religious Orientation and Personality in Youth”. In 2015, he completed his doctorate at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences with a thesis titled “The Problem of Universal Essence in Religious and Mystical Experience: A Comparison of Walter Stace-Steven Katz”. In 2017, he was appointed Assistant Professor to the Department of Philosophy of Religion at Sinop University Faculty of Theology. He became Associate Professor in 2021. His books “Universal Essence in Religious and Mystical Experience” were published in 2016, “From Deism to Theism: God-Religion-Human” in 2021, and “Freud's Illusion of Religion” in 2023. He has many scientific studies in the fields of Philosophy, Logic and Ethics, especially Philosophy of Religion. Since May 2024, he has been working as an associate professor in the Department of Philosophy of Religion at Samsun University, Faculty of Theology.
