She completed her Master's and Doctorate studies in the fields of Social Studies and Life Sciences. She completed her doctoral thesis titled "The effect of the differentiated teaching model used in the Life Studies course on the achievement levels and attitudes of the students" in January 2017. Afterwards, she worked as a faculty member at Giresun University Faculty of Education between 2018-2020. Comparing the primary education mother tongue syllabuses of Turkey and the USA in terms of their structures, the perceptions of primary school teacher candidates about their ability to be a first grade teacher after the 4+4+4 system, and the development of an attitude scale towards cursive handwriting of primary school teacher candidates are some of his studies. She edited two book chapters and lastly the book "Early Literacy Education".
