He was born in Van, Erciş, in 1995. He completed his elementary school, middle school, and Imam-Hatip High School education there. In 2018, he graduated from Ondokuz Mayıs University, Faculty of Theology. After working as an imam for about a year, he started as a Research Assistant in the Department of Islamic Law at Samsun University in 2022. He completed his master's degree in 2022 at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, Institute of Social Sciences, with a thesis titled "Evaluation of the Crime of Apostasy in Islamic Law in the Context of Freedom of Thought." Currently, he is pursuing his doctoral studies in the field of Basic Islamic Sciences at Ondokuz Mayıs University.

His academic areas of interest include Islamic legal methodology, Islamic criminal law, maqasid al-sharia, and comparative Islamic law.
