Assoc. Prof. Mahmut Bakır

Mahmut Bakır was graduated from the Department of Civil Air Transport Management, Mustafa Kemal University, Turkey. He obtained his master's and PhD degrees in Civil Aviation Management Programme from the Graduate School of Social Sciences, Anadolu University. He is currently working as a faculty member at the Department of Aviation Management, Samsun University. His primary research interests include airline business, service marketing, consumer behavior, multi-attribute decision analysis, and multivariate statistics. His previous research work has been published in several international journals and book projects.
