Ahmet Alp ÖZBALCI has been working as a lecturer at Samsun University Computer Center since 2019. He received his BS degree in Computer Engineering from Ahmet Yesevi University in 2009. He received his master's degree from Ahmet Yesevi University, Department of Management Information Systems in 2012. He graduated from Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University, Department of Business Administration in 2020, completing the thesis "The relationship between the level of burnout of healthcare professionals and their resistance to changes in the information system: The case of Samsun province". He continues his academic studies in the fields of Management Information Systems, Management Organization, Health Informatics, and Digital Transformation.
